- Dr. C.Mohan - Chief Scientist, IBM Almaden Research lab, IBM Fellow
Dr. Mohan visited WAran Research FoundaTion on the 6th January, 2009 and spent more than three hours with the students. He gave words of encouragement and inspiration to the students and the students also had an opportunity to display the research carried out at WARFT.
- Dr. Vijaykrishnan Narayanan - Professor, Computer Science and Engineering, Pennsylvania State University
Dr. Vijay visited WAran Research FoundaTion in the month of January, 2009. He gave a lecture on the 3-D ICs and the on-chip networks for 3-D ICs. The students also presented their work and he gave valuable comments and suggestions
- Dr. Srinivasan Murali - CTO of iNoCs, Post Doc at EPFL, Stanford PhD, Prof. Waran's Student
Dr. Srinvasan Murali completed his PhD at the Stanford university and obtained his Post Doctoral degree from EPFL and is also the Chief Technical Officer of iNoCs. He has great affection towards WARFT, as he was Prof. Waran's old student. He visited the organization and shared his life experiences with the students. See what he has to say about WARFT.
- Dr. Henry Markram - Director, Blue Brain Project, EPFL
Dr. Markram visited the foundation in July 2007 and spent more than two hours with the students discussing the key research areas in the Blue Brain Project
